Rensselaer – Mrs. Clara Parker Hayworth, 94 of 6-2 Milroy Ave, died at 6 a.m. Sunday in her home. She had been in failing health four years. Mrs. Hayworth, a retired school teacher, was born in Jasper County and attended Indiana State University. She was first married in 1911 to John Andrus, who died in 1913. In 1929 she married Jane N. Hayworth and he died in 1933.  She was a member of the First Christian Church and Order of Eastern Star Lodge 41. Surviving are two sons, Harry Hayworth of Frankfort and Glen Hayworth of Crawfordsville; and one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Adria) Mottern of Indianapolis. - kbz

HAYWORTH, Mrs. Clara Parker - Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday at Jackson Funeral Chapel, Rensselaer. Order of Eastern Star rites there at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. The body will lie in state one hour in the First Christian Church prior to service there at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. James A. Hilton officiating. Interment Western Cemetery. Also surviving are a niece, Mrs. George (Marion) Eads of Fort Myers, Fla; one nephew, Harold Parker of Tulsa, Okla; and companion, Mrs. Bertha Terrell of Rensselaer. - kbz
